I will begin with a brief introduction to the Trio. There are, in fact, 2 types of Trio:

• the “Trio” (classic) which consists of finding the first 3 (in no particular order) of a race of at least 8 runners
• the “Trio Ordre” where it is mandatory to have predicted the first 3 in the right order of a race, contested in France, including from 4 to 7 runners. It is also possible to play the “Trio Ordre International” on some races run abroad with country-specific rules.
It seems to me that your question has to do with the dual distribution of stakes. A concrete example would have been desirable. There is only one single report for this game except in the case where a defection is recorded after the bet has been validated: there is, in this case, a “Trio” ratio for the players who have found the first 3 of the race and a special report for games with the first 2 of the race and the non-runner horse (= NP): See screenshot.
